ABOUT PROJECT

A fairytale award winning new build situated on the Devon coast with stunning views of the sea, this charming stone and slate house was fitted with over 100 bronze casements.

Undoubtedly the pièce de résistance of this design is the double-storey tower with bow windows culminating in a spire roof, in what could be described as a romantic homage to medieval architecture with an almost French provincial twist. Bronze windows with traditional lead lights wrap around the facets, adding to the historical aesthetic and providing the perfect panoramic backdrop to a ground floor kitchen and first floor bedroom.

The dark patination of the bronze contrasts perfectly with the extensive use of honey coloured timber within. Using Thermalbreak technology, these windows also offer superior insulation, ensuring that the property stays comfortable all year round, regardless of the weather outside.

The project has received multiple industry accolades, including the AIB National Professional Excellence Award 2025 and MBA National Excellence in Construction – National President’s Award 2025, recognising the quality of its design and construction.
