ABOUT PROJECTBordering the Surrey Hills in an area of outstanding natural beauty, this Edwardian property has been extensively renovated and extended, with the addition of bronze windows and doors both inside and out.
Set within a combination of stone mullions and a few timber frames, the bronze windows are fitted with mock leaded, krypton filled double glazed units. This allows plenty of light to stream in whilst maintaining the historical aesthetic and provides a thermally efficient window.
Double clad bronze doors with margin details add drama to the already impressive semi-circular portico, and within the house these margin details are repeated on fully glazed double door sets. A statement wall of glass with alternating frosted and clear geometric panes, lead detailing and a frame of bronze provides the backdrop to a unique internal seating area.
