We’re often asked to create bespoke windows for listed and heritage properties, and over the years we’ve become one of the very few specialist companies capable of producing traditional bowed windows.
We’ve invested in the people, training, and in-house equipment required to do just that. We’ve delivered several projects featuring bowed windows.
Everything is made in-house using a closely controlled process to ensure the highest quality, developed specifically to ensure the perfect curve and a seamless fit with glazing.
Project Focus William Morris House Renovation
As part of a sensitive renovation of a marvellous William Morris period property, we supplied and installed a full set of handcrafted bronze windows and doors, each one individually made in our workshop to reflect the home’s original character and proportions.
This was a highly bespoke project, replacing outdated single-glazed steel windows with our advanced Thermabronze system in a mid-bronze finish. Elegant Stamford handles were chosen to complement the overall aesthetic. The installation included intricately curved bowed windows into finely detailed brickwork reveals and stone mullions.
Delivered in close collaboration with Barr Build, this was a delicate and rewarding project that achieved a seamless blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern performance.
See us at the Building Centre in London
For those of you who don’t know our product, we have a permanent display at The Building Centre in central London. Established in 1931, The Building Centre is a well-known space for people working in architecture, construction and design.
It welcomes the public and runs regular exhibitions and events focused on the built environment.
Our stand includes examples of our bronze windows, doors, screens, and secondary glazing, giving you a chance to see the quality of our product up close.
